Nadia
Lefert
Born
in Switzerland, Nadia studied with Denise
Lassimonne.
She continued her studies specialising in accompaniment
with Graham Johnson at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama
and has since worked with Peter Feuchtwanger.
She has given solo
recitals in Wales, England and Belgium and instrumental and vocal
recitals in England, Switzerland and on board QEII.
Her
solo repertoire includes works by Bach, Handel, Haydn,
Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn,
Chopin, Schumann, Brahms and Ravel.
Her
study of Schumann's youthful trip across the Alps to Italy has
brought together the ingredients for a fascinating recital exploring that journey, the music of Robert Schumann and the
literature and poetry that influenced him. See here
